Madina is Technical Advisor to the Director General of the Deposit and Consignment Office of Senegal. After a Master’s degree and a DESS in economics, strategy and development management at the University of Grenoble, she began her activities in Senegal in 2002 by creating a consultancy and support firm for public and private institutions. From 2013 to 2019, as a resource person at the Economic, Social and Environmental Council, she leads the dynamics of SoWhen Initiatives which develops and implements concepts of partnership and exchanges between actors for the development of Senegal and Africa in general. She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of a Caisse du réseau Crédit Mutuel of Senegal.
